How will my tickets be delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes are digital. You can view and transfer them through your Atlanta Hawks Account Manager or the Hawks mobile app for seamless, contactless entry on game day.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards—Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Wire or ACH transfers may also be arranged upon request.

Do I need to pay in full when I book?

Yes. Full payment is required at checkout.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

Suite purchases are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

What happens if the game is postponed?

If a game is postponed or rescheduled, your suite reservation will automatically transfer to the new date.

What if the event is canceled?

If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, please reach out to suites@hawks.com or your dedicated Hawks representative for assistance with available options.

Planning Your Premium Experience

When and how can I place a catering order?

All Hawks suites come with inclusive food & beverage. For custom orders or enhancements contact your Atlanta Hawks representative to arrange options.

Can I add extra Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets to my suite?

Many suites offer the ability to purchase a limited number of SRO tickets. Availability depends on suite type—check your suite listing or contact suites@hawks.com for details.

Do children need tickets?

Children under the age of two (2) may attend without a ticket if seated on the lap of an adult. Guests aged two and older must have their own ticket for entry.

What are the bag restrictions at State Farm Arena?

Bags must be 14” x 14” x 6” or smaller. All bags are subject to screening.

Does suite access include other premium areas?

Yes. Your ticket gets access to your designated club or suite level.

Can I rent a suite for a special event or company outing?

Where can I park?

Which entrance should suite guests use?

Suite guests may enter through Gates 1-4.

When do suites open?

Suites generally open 60 minutes prior to tip off, unless otherwise noted.
